ABOUT ME

emilybenton-saddledrunk-rudehealth

I’m Emily. Blogger, aficionado foodie, cyclist and wellness junkie.

Emily J. Benton – originally ‘Beleza’ by Ems – was born in the summer of 2013 as a creative space to distract myself through the long-haul of university holidays! I have been writing since before I can remember and at the end of my school years, decided to take my passion further at an academic level. Now, I have a BA Hons in English Literature from Durham University and am using my skill set to explore the different forms of communication within the world of marketing, research and insight.

Once upon a time, a health scare snowballed into an enormous passion for healthy, sustainable living that I now continue to nourish every day. I love cooking nutritious food, lifting heavy things in the gym, spending time on my yoga mat, cycling in my ambassador role for global brand SaddleDrunk and learning all that I can about wellness.

emilyjbenton.com is an authentic and colourful space where I enjoy creating recipes and sharing blog posts about my wellness journey, travel itch and everything else that I love. To date, I have worked alongside brands such as Next, Prepp’d, Deep Heat, 5* Health & Wellbeing Resort Bagus Jati in Bali, and continue to collaborate with those who share in the beliefs and principles I stand for. I hope you will enjoy reading my writing as much as I do sharing it with you!

You can find me online on Twitter, Instagram and Facebook. If you have any questions or would like to get in touch, please email emilyjbenton@gmail.com.

Happy reading.
